Kaku は、あなたのデータを収集しません。
レシートの写真は端末の外に出ません。文字の読み取りはすべて端末内で行われます。アカウント登録はありません。現在のバージョンの Kaku は、外部のサーバーと一切通信しません。
レシートや書類の文字認識（OCR）は、すべてお使いの端末の中だけで行われます。iOS では Apple の Vision フレームワーク、Android では Google ML Kit の端末内モデルを使用します。画像がインターネットに送信されることはありません。
読み取った内容および撮影した画像は、お使いの端末の中にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーはなく、クラウドへの同期や自動バックアップは行いません。
アプリを削除すると、保存されたデータも端末から削除されます。当方はデータの複製を保持していないため、削除されたデータを復元することはできません。
なお、当方はデータを暗号化する処理を独自には実装していません。端末そのものの保護（画面ロック等）は、お使いの OS の設定に依存します。
マイナンバーが含まれると判別された書類は、アプリ内で隔離されます。書き出し（エクスポート）およびバックアップの対象から自動的に除外され、端末の外に出ることはありません。
確定申告用の CSV やバックアップ用の JSON は、お客様が操作したときにのみ作成されます。作成されたファイルは、OS の共有画面を通じてお客様自身が送信先を選びます。Kaku が自動的にどこかへ送信することはありません。
書き出したファイルに画像は含まれません。送信先（メール、クラウドストレージ等）における取扱いは、その送信先の提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Kaku にはアカウント登録もログインもありません。利用状況の解析ツール、クラッシュ収集ツール、広告は一切組み込んでいません。
申告期限などの通知は、端末内で予約されるローカル通知です。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用しておらず、通知用のトークンを登録することもありません。
通知の文面には、金額と差出人を含めていません。ロック画面の通知は、端末を手にした人なら誰でも読めるためです。書類の種類と期限までの日数のみをお知らせします。
今後、レシートの分類精度を高める目的で、読み取った文字情報のみを当方のサーバーに送信する機能を追加する可能性があります。その場合でも画像を送信することはありません。現時点でそのようなサーバーは存在せず、この機能は有効になっていません。実際に導入する際は、本ポリシーを改定し、アプリ内でお知らせしたうえで実施します。
Kaku は確定申告を行う方を対象としており、お子様を対象としたサービスではありません。当方はいかなる情報も収集しないため、お子様の情報を収集することもありません。
Kaku は書類を整理して説明するアプリです。申告の代行、行政機関への提出、個別の税務相談は行いません。税理士法第52条により、これらは無償であっても税理士の独占業務とされています。Kaku は公表されている制度の内容を説明し、公式ページへのリンクを示すにとどめ、お客様個別の判断をお伝えすることはありません。
Kaku does not collect your data.
Receipt photos never leave your device. All text recognition happens on your device. There are no accounts. This version of Kaku makes no network requests to any server whatsoever.
Optical character recognition of receipts and documents runs entirely on your device — Apple's Vision framework on iOS, Google ML Kit's on-device model on Android. Images are never transmitted over the internet.
Extracted text and captured images are stored only on your device. We operate no server for this app, and there is no cloud sync or automatic backup.
Deleting the app deletes its data from your device. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover deleted data for you.
We do not implement our own encryption of stored data. Protection of the device itself (screen lock and similar) depends on your operating system settings.
Documents detected as containing a My Number (マイナンバー) are quarantined within the app. They are automatically excluded from exports and backups and do not leave your device.
CSV files for tax filing and JSON backups are created only when you choose to create them. The resulting file is handed to your operating system's share sheet, where you choose the destination. Kaku does not send it anywhere on its own.
Exported files contain no images. Once you send a file to another service, that service's own privacy policy governs what happens to it.
Kaku has no sign-up and no login. It contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporting, and no advertising.
Deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. We operate no push server and register no push token.
The notification text deliberately contains no amount and no sender. Anything on a lock screen can be read by whoever is holding the phone, so a reminder says only what kind of document it is and how many days remain.
We may later add a feature that sends extracted text only to a server of ours to improve expense classification. Even then, images would never be sent. No such server exists today and the feature is not enabled. If we introduce it, we will update this policy and notify you within the app first.
Kaku is intended for people filing tax returns and is not directed at children. Because we collect no information at all, we collect none from children.
Kaku organises and explains documents. It does not file tax returns, submit anything to any government agency, or advise on your particular situation. Under Article 52 of the Certified Public Tax Accountant Act those are reserved to licensed 税理士 — including when done for free. Kaku explains what published rules say and links to the official page; it never tells you what your own answer is.
